I'm really disappointed in this shop. I came here in December to get $2000 worth of work done. He pretty much had it for a week because he(Alex) didn't check his mechanics work when I initially got it back after the first 2 days he had it. My alignment was really off and come to find out they didn't even do that right. I kept trying to tell Alex that something wasn't right but he kept cutting me off saying there were other things wrong. 4 months later, after getting 2 used tires from the $2000 job, the same tires that got replaced both popped within 10 days of each other because the alignment wasn't done right. I've had to replace 3 tires altogether. Yall really broke my trust and I'll never be coming back here again. You took advantage cause you saw that I was desperate and used the loan service, you never double checked the work properly and now I'm about to be out 4 grand because I trusted you guys.

Friendliest Customer Service I have ever experienced in all my 45 years! The man responsible for this is Alex! He answered the phone properly out of hundreds of thousands and presented the services with a kind directness that made going to his establishment easier and relieved me of doubts. Upon arrival I found that the waiting room was designed to mimic a very relaxing living room with coaches, a fireplace, TV, and Hot Chocolate for the winter morning. It was so comfortable, it was a temptation to stay longer simply because you felt at home, and that was the design genius of it. As for Alex, he exceeded every expectation anyone will ever have about a mechanic or business man. He combines humor with a friendship long established attitude even if it was the first time meeting. He answered every question perfectly! You trusted him almost within milliseconds because of his skill in speaking. My car had more problems than I didn't even know about and I am talking about 15 problems that other establishments failed to tell me. To top it off he fixed some irregularities my vehicle had, free of charge simply because he knew how easy it was for someone else more knowledgeable to fix it righ

Such amazing service!!! Got a flat on the highway and just happened to be closest to this shop. I’m glad that I was! The owner was extremely helpful and prices were reasonable. The atmosphere was pleasant as I watched Netflix and sipped on my coffee. I would come back!

Great local shop, awesome prices, and very friendly service. I would highly recommend! They can do state inspections, regular maintenance, tires! Also free WiFi, coffee, and Netflix!
